If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)

For all returns, please contact youdsavf@outlook.com for your return label. Quote your order number and the item you wish to return. We will inform you of the next steps after receiving your email.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to youdsavf@outlook.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
