1. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, having an account offers these benefits:

5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Our site and services require you to input all shipping information in English characters, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English letters, please replace them with the closest English equivalents. For example, replace “?” with “c”.
6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide your residential address instead of a vacation address, as customs delays at the destination may occur.
7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Shipping times depend on the option you select at checkout. After your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and tracking website. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
